(after any discounts and not inclusive
of any gift certificates) in one day
at Eslite Bookstore, or any
counters or shopping places in this
store, can use their shopping receipts
and personal foreign passport or alien
residence certificate to apply for an
Eslite Passport at this store's
service counter. An Eslite Passport
entitles you to a 10% discount at
any Eslite Bookstore, Eslite counter,
or store counter. You will also enjoy
special discount offers on purchases
from Eslite's online bookstore. |

will take around three or four weeks
to make your card after we receive your
application, so please be patient. You
can either pick up your card at any
outlet or receive your card in the mail
(limited to addresses on the main island
of Taiwan). There are no discounts or
shopping points until you receive your
card. |

to Use Your Eslite Passport |

You must sign the
back of your Eslite Passport after
you receive it. |

For personal use
only. Please show your card when ringing up
a purchase. Eslite may ask to inspect your
card, and has the right to confiscate the
card and cancel the cardholder's rights and
benefits if you are not the cardholder. |

An NT$200 service
charge is required if you lose your card and
wish to apply for a replacement. |

Validity: From the
date of issuance until 12/31 of the next year. |

You can renew your
card for 1 year after it expires if you have
made cumulative purchases of at least NT$10,000
in an Eslite Bookstore, shopping place, or
online bookstore during the valid period of
the card. |

Purchases made with
this card do not accumulate the Eslite Credit
Card's exclusive energy points. |

| Renewal |
| • |
Your cumulative
purchases made with the card will be totaled
up when your card expires; every NT$10,000
in cumulative purchases entitles you to renew
your card for 1 year, up to a limit of 5 years
(sorry, any remaining balance on your card
will be deleted upon renewal). |

Your purchases will
start to add up again after you renew your
card; when your card expires, you can renew
it using the same procedures described above. |

If you still hold
a valid "Booklover Card"/"Life Card,"
you automatically join the Eslite Passport
membership system and enjoy all the rights
and privileges of Eslite Passport holders
when you apply for an Eslite Passport.
Your online "Booklover Card"/"Life
Card" will become invalid, and the Eslite
Corporation will recover or cancel the card.
